The Educational Technology online master's program is an open enrollment program and admits students in the fall, spring, and summer. Applications and all accompanying documents should be submitted within three months of the desired starting semester to ensure adequate processing time.

Prerequisites to Degree Programs: Applicants for the M.Ed. degree must have met all requirements of Graduate School admission, completed a bachelor's degree and earned a 2.70 GPA in all undergraduate coursework or obtain an acceptable score on the Graduate Record Examinations or Miller Analogies Test.

Applying for the Educational Technology Master of Education Degree: The following steps are included to provide guidance on submitting your application for the ETEC program. Please note that this is the general process that should be followed, but there may be instances when additional steps will be needed. 1. Apply to Graduate School at the University of Arkansas (specific steps and instructions for this step can be found at http://www.uark.edu/depts/gradinfo/recruit/applying.html).
  2. When applying to Graduate School, make sure to list ETEC as your program choice.
  3. If you do not have a 2.7 GPA in all undergraduate coursework, take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) and have the results sent to the Graduate School at the University of Arkansas.
